Quality Assurance

Errors and quality issues on proofs will be addressed by our Quality Assurance Department when Instructions Not Followed is selected upon entering correction instructions in ATOL.  Please be complete in stating the instruction(s) that was not followed.  All cases where Instructions Not Followed has been selected will be reviewed.  For concerns that are not associated with any one particular ad number, general quality concerns, or direct contact with our Customer Experience Manager, please email
